These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lbrands.xyz(the “Site”) and any order placed through it. The Site is operated by L Ventures Fund I LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“L Ventures Fund I LLC,” “we,” “us”), doing business as L Brands and Rare Provisions(charges appear on your statement as “L BRANDS”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use this Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Orders & Billing

Every purchase on this Site is a one-time order. There are no subscriptions, auto-renewals, or recurring charges. You are charged the total displayed at checkout, in full, at the time you place your order.

Pricing is in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Stripe is our payment processor and handles your card details through its secure hosted checkout; we do not store full card numbers. Shortly after each purchase we will email you an acknowledgment that includes the items, total, and ship window.

3. Shipping

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Orders are packed and shipped from California within 1–3 business days, with free US shipping on orders over $75. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our products are perishable specialty foods. Returns are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described — see our Refund & Return Policy for the full terms and timeframes, which are consistent with our Shipping Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Items are sold “as is” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any order placed through it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute items purchased through the Site
• Misrepresent the Site or any item available through it
• Use the Site in violation of any law

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
