Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to PO boxes.

Handling time & origin

We pack and ship every order from California within 1–3 business days. We ship Monday–Friday — orders placed on a weekend or US federal holiday are handled the next business day.

Shipping cost

Free US shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

How long it takes once shipped

• 2–4 business days for most U.S. addresses
• 3–5 business days for AK, HI, and remote areas

Packaging & care

Provisions ship sealed and protected. Store dry goods in a cool, dry place; keep perishable items as directed on the package. Each order includes its provenance notes — grower, terroir, and how to taste.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email the moment the label is created. The carrier may take a few hours to begin reflecting the package’s movement.

Delays, damage & lost packages

If a package arrives damaged or your tracking hasn’t updated in 48 hours, contact us within 7 days of deliverywith your order number and a photo. We’ll refund or replace per our Refund & Return Policy; approved refunds reach your original card in 5–10 business days.
